The Barcode House, photographed for Room11 Architects. A fantastic use of raw timber and concrete block, set into the hill. Featuring a large cantilevered lounge room and deck, the house sits high above a stream that runs down the base of the block, creating private views into the trees and the hills beyond.
Working with the courtyard timber slats in strong sunshine, I photographed the spaces as the light dictated. The exterior architecture is built around a central courtyard space, where there are some great details within.
