Docco Inspiration

I’ve been tuning in to some great photography documentaries of late. Some old, some new. It’s really amazing to see how even the older films are still so relevant in the modern day. What’s also really inspiring to me is hearing the stories of some of the older and now deceased photographers. One that is really moving to me is Saul Leiter. The film made about his life and career is called In No Great Hurry and it’s beautiful.

A couple of others I have enjoyed are William Eggleston: In The Real WorldAnnie Leibovitz Life Through A LensVisual Acoustics The Modernism of Julius Schulman.

There’s also a great list here to get into some more if you have time! Photography Documentaries.
